Looking at people's portofolio always makes me feel like a hack. All of these people nowadays are so steeeenkin' good! What the hell?

The search for assistants is always going on. Mainly looking for people with a good background in art with some added Photoshop experience to help tone BLANK. But yeah, first and foremost, it's important that the person has a good base in art. Everything else can be taught. Are you in the DC Metro area? Right on! Let's throw down, create some manga!
