Had a wild hair up my bunghole last night.

That and I've been feeling burnt out from drawing comic book stuff. Oh yeah, and Con season is coming up, so I needed to brush up on some coloring skills. On a side note, I'm not sure whether I should do color sketches at cons this year. They can take a long time and sometimes turn out crappy because of my lame coloring skills. Hey man, I work in Black and White about 99.9999% of the time... Whaddya want??? On another side note: I've regained my spectacular tangent diverting skills again.

Anyways, the whole point of that first nonlinear paragragh was to say that I had drawn up yet another card. Wifey was pissed because I was doodling on a card instead of finishing my work... HEY I WAS BURNT OUT, MAN!!!!

Right. Back to the card. It's Padme. Can you tell? No? Shiet...




Anyone will tell you that I DON'T do LIKENESSES. I suck at them. Like huge donkey nuts bad.

So, I decided to "draw Padme in MY style" which translates to: "I can't do likenesses for crap, so I'll just wing it..."

What's really stupid is that she would've probably turned out looking like Jabba if'n I used ref on her. Mental note: Wing EVERYTHING from now on.

From Editor to Pop: "Hey dude, why's this car look like a boat?"

Pop to Editor: "I'm just winging it, man. Winging it. You like the car?"

Editor: "You like the Unemployment line?"
